Got it connected after figuring out it needed to be directly connected via Ethernet for initial set up even though instructions do not say this at all. There's also no way to disconnect or stop the app when you don't need to monitor the camera which means it's always running in the background draining the phone battery unless you force stop under phone app settings. Also can't adjust the volume on the camera. Video is blurry. It functions.

Waste of money! Piece of s**t camera. Initially it worked fine. I moved to another city, tried to connect and now it just gives the error message offline. Ive tried everything. Do not waste your $!!!

I can't get the camera to connect. I tried emailing support with no response. I guess I will just have to send it back.

It works pretty well once you get through the set up. The set up instructions on the camera's packaging were really bad. It did not say ANYWHERE that you had to plug the ethernet cable into the device and into your router, I eventually figured it out. Then I got the camera online. Would also be great if you could choose to exit the app or run in the background as I always have to go to my settings to shut it off in order to get it to stop running and suck battery life. The camera rotation is a little slow and doesn't move as much of a distance as I would like. Would be nice to improve the resolution but it is a cheaper camera. It does what it does one you get it configured.

I've had this darn camera for three days and can't figure out how to get it to work. The instructions are horrible. Think I will just return it and go else where
