100% of the time i have to be on wifi for it to work needs to work without Wi-Fi work on your data If you have data on your cell phone that's the point of having your cameras and your app for you can see what's going on in your home on your cell phone while you're away Wi-Fi isn't always available

Camera always disappears from the app. Could be a day after set up or a week, maybe two. But always. Useless.

works good, but doesn't have United States time zones. Also, after I get a new phone, I "always" have a problem re-setting the camera up. Then they don't have a real email address. My email was returned. The phone # is someone that doesn't work for them anymore. I think I'm going to look for an American made camera.

I am so disappointed in this app.i have tried everything to get the camera to work including other apps... And nothing. If you are going to sell a product ensure the app works all I have now is an expensive paper weight. I truly cannot understand how you cannot get this right. I will send my feed back to the importer and ask for a refund.

A few months ago I would have given this app a 4 or 5 star rating. Had no issues with it whatsoever. Now, it won't work anymore. Won't connect to camera. Renders the nanny-cam worthless. Don't know if it was a application update that did it or not. Thanks for making my camera into a paperweight.

When I first installed the app 2 years ago, it worked fine and we had cloud video to look at when needed but since last year, we have no access to cloud video clips and if we need to look up something, we have to remove the memory card and screen for it with a 3rd party app
