This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Smartica on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

Dreadful. Bought a ticket from the main bus station to the airport and it would not activate despite me having followed all of the instructions. The bus driver made me pay 25kn on top of the 12.50kn I already paid. The app will not let me report the problem, so I can't even get a refund. We've had problems with the automatic system the entire time and your drivers do not seem to care or know how to deal with the issues. Only download if you want to get ripped off 👎

Fantastican potez. Dan pred istek Master/Maestro ponude izbacite "novu i poboljsanu" verziju koja ne radi. Naravno, na prijave problema nitko ne reagira, a nemas koga direktno kontaktirati. Svaka cast.

Aplikacija bi bila odlična da se uopće želi pokrenuti. Kupio sam 8 kartica da budem neko vrijeme na miru. Povrh toga, u autobusima sam bio prisiljen kupiti dodatnih 10 kartica, jer aplikacija prečesto se uopće ne želi pokrenuti, odnosno dobijem samo prazan bijeli ekran. I da, pobrisao I ponovo instalirao aplikaciju, ista stvar. Koja svrha bacati novac na aplikaciju koja rijetko uopće radi? EDIT: Nakon update-a na novi dizajn, NEMOGUĆE je ulogirati se sa postojećim podacima, bye bye kupljene karte

About this app

Smartica represents one of the smart city concepts that allow passengers in public city transport the use of a mobile application for the purchase, activation and validation of digital tickets for public city transport.
The service is based on the cooperation with our contractual partners; transport operators on the territory of the Republic of Croatia. By using the Smartica app, you can purchase individual/single-ride or daily tickets for public city transport.
It is not necessary to enter or store credit card data, it is enough to:
1. Download the mobile application from the Google Play store
2. Select the type of digital ticket you want to purchase
3. Validate the purchased ticket in the vehicle
…and you’re ready to go!
You will receive the payment confirmation in the form of an SMS sent to your mobile device with all data on the amount charged, and the purchased digital ticket is located within the Smartica mobile application.
For postpaid users, the purchased tickets will be charged as part of the monthly bill, and for prepaid users the amount will be taken off immediately from the prepaid account.
Your telecom operator will charge your account with the amount of the purchased product/service and the amount for the carried out payment transaction.
For the successful and undisturbed use of the application, the user must meet the following requirements:
• The user must own a functioning smart-phone with an Android operating system, minimal version 5
• The user must have a contractual relation for a basic telecommunication service via a prepaid or postpaid model with one of the operators of mobile electronic communication services
• The user must have Internet access at least during the process of purchasing the digital ticket, its activation and validation with an available data traffic of at least 100 kB per activity
• The level of the battery charge on the mobile device with the above indicated characteristics must amount to at least 10% at the moment of purchasing the digital ticket
• The permissions on the mobile device with the above indicated characteristics need to be activated for the use of the service (Bluetooth, data traffic, location, SMS…)
Please take the following into consideration:
• The application can be used by the users of all telecom operators within the Smartica system
• No registration of users is necessary for the use of the application
• By downloading and using the application, you accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Smartica service
• By downloading and using the application, you accept the Terms of Use of the mPrijevoz service and the Terms of Payment of Trilix d.o.o. (mPrijevoz – Smartica)
• When downloading the application from Google Play, the data transfer is charged according to the tariff model of the user’s telecom operator
• The application allows connecting with Wi-Fi network access points
• We are planning an additional number of functions in the application in the upcoming months so pay attention to new versions
• When downloading new versions of the application, users will be required to again accept all Terms of Use
