Very slow app no options to select specific area of London just London within 5 miles. Also no option to block nasty or simply rude individual's, like one (who was very rude) no.option to report so leaves those using it vulnerable to attack zero protection. Also no monitoring option of timewasters that lack the courtesy to respond (homeswapper blocks them if they don't). Very time consuming as the filter select a specific area no option. Takes an age to sync

Havent been able to read new messages in this app since it was updated. Have tried to reinstall and still nothing. Tells me I have 15 messages but I have to then log into to full site to see these messages. What's the point to the app if it doesn't work properly. Not everyone is tech savvy so may not realise they need to log into full site to see there messages which means potential swaps not being made! This needs fixing!

I don't understand the point of this app. Whenever I want to look at a property it just opens it in the main site, I might as well just use the main app. A bit pointless.

This app used to not do much, but since the update it's great! It allows me to do pretty much everything the site does now, so it's awesome!
