Worst experience ever.... as a new costumer trying to establish an on line account it was virtually imposible to activate an online accses to my own account. do not make the mistake of opening an account at this institution it is worthlees, my family and I waisted 3 days trying to open, stablished online access and closing an account that we opened thinking it was going to be a flawless procees instead it turned into nigthmare. and when I went to close it they said it takes 6 months to close it.

Nothing worked correctly,very disappointing. Can't check the account balance. Can't see if money was transferred or even deposited. Please fix all this and make it more secured.Also have a message system that tells you that there was a charge,deposit or any transactions done through email.
