This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ELP Thermostat on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

This app ALWAYS crashes and I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time j need to use it. This app never works correctly for myself or on my husbands cell phone either

Same as other poster. Crashes all the time. Need to uninstall and reinstall all the time. Can this be fixed PLEASE?
