lalamove please reconsider these issues: 1. bug in the chat (only empty bubble.. not visible to the rider 2. please enable the chat forum with client and auto delete it after several minutes complete deliver.. sometime client response so late, rider need to send delivery picture and wait for their reply.. at the same time, rider need to find other order. 3. please state the distance between pickup point and drop point. 4. not worth to pick return-trip order. 5. u guys take too much 21.5%

This lalamove is really suck!! 1. Customer support totally can't support driver, call call call have to wait quite a time for their call back, and doesn't solve our issue. Emergency issue really dying. 2. Cheat driver money, wallet and deposit. 3. Simply ban driver whatever they don't like u. 4. Allow customer order lalamove as grab, put driver in risk especially female driver. 5. When u purpose go pick up at the first place, if found wrongly info, u reject got no compensation for driver.

Bad app, bad customer service.Waiting for my acc to be verified for almost 2 weeks and i have not yet to be verified, i have ruploaded my documents many times and still ntg. No replies from the whatsapp number they provide as well.

USELESS APP SO FAR.. 5 YEARS WAITING FOR THEIR VERIFICATION (meaning you need to wait for more that a month and still no update from them, if you're approved or not).. When there is no job, the announcement fills the screen. When I set the filter to "now", the announcement blocked the incoming job. I could hear the sound only. All these annoucement are not necessary. Very difficult to get an order. One need to press really fast (3 times) in order to secure an order. Orders are not send to the nearest driver but the fastest finger gets the job!
