Riders are courteous and easy to work with. App is also easy to use. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. So hard to access. I tried calling them twice and they put down the phone??? Or they just won't pick up. The rider happened to end the trip early and it turns out you can't contact him at all via the app. You need to go the long way through customer service--which can't be reached. Thank goodness he just happened to end it early but still delivered everything properly.

The app prior to the update was really good, it was informative, easy to use and lightweight But this new update is really poor.. they made it hard for us to just take a screenshot with all the information (address, vehicle, and price) straight away.. and instead give us this clunky mess My biggest thumbs down is that we can't even just copy the link and share it to wherever we like.. Please just change it back to the original ui, it was simple and just good..

I've used the service a few times now and it's nice. What drags it down for me is that on some occasions, the drivers would insist of being paid more than the original amount! My last delivery was like this. Is it really the clients fault when the gps doesn't show the address for whatever reason? I wasn't even sure if the driver was using any other app because it sounds like lala's gps isn't optimized all that well.

WASTING TIME & NOT EFFICIENCY Lalamove driver should finish the order only accept the next order. Why the order not accepted by nearby driver? Some of the drivers take 15min to 20min arrive the pick up point. Sometime I rather call Grab car driver or other driver better than lalamove. This is what I experience.

Please Buckle Up and Repair Your service, this items of mine has been 2 times late for delivery as you always change driver but never inform our counter or app that it has been changed to a new driver or so or has no driver to send! Thank You. Don't you guys have some sort of notification or some sort to notify your customers that you are not coming to collect??

Try to find motorcycle delivery in the app for 2 days but unable to find a single rider. In the app the vehicle availabe is from 4x4 and above.Refresh, restart, uninstall and install app the result is stil the same.It was weird when the customer service told me the reason is because the service is not availabe when i do the request.It supposed to appear in the list and app should notify the unavailability when customer select the type of vehicle.That is the way to info and not to lose customer.
