Although I did not use this app during my visit to pompei it never showed my location and... we had a tour guide. I used it after I got home and compared it to my pictures the cool thing about it is how it shows you what it might have looked like before destruction.

Waste of time and money. GPS feature does not work so you have no idea where you are on the map.

Didn't work properly on my Samsung Galaxy 6. No GPS or signal to tell me where I was or to know what I was seeing, even though it said outside that it could be used offline. Very confusing app. Going to be uninstalled straight away. Waste of money. I'd like a refund please.

Has potential, but would not show location on Samsung Galaxy S5. Not really useful without this ability so it was useless to me. If location capabilities work for you, your experience my differ.

Pompeii is a tricky visit. No real guidebooks or descriptions to help you get around basically a small city of 163 acres in the non -shaded rough Roman roads. I saw this app advertised at the gate and installed by the time we were inside the complex literal maze of roads. Easy to get lost at pompeii. I had no idea until we found ourselves lost in the maze with my family, and pride on the line, I pulled up the app and found our way to couple of key areas we wanted to see. Saved the day. Thanks!
