The problem is not the app, it's the drivers who don't know how to use it. I selected to pay with my credit card, got into a taxi, tha app was still showing that my driver was waiting, and when I arrived, the driver informed that the option to pay with credit card wasn't available (and he didn't had POS). This is the common senario. There was this one time that the driver used the app correctly, marked that my ride had started and I paid with my card, but in most cases, I can't pay with the app

I guess the app works well, but here in Kalamata, first you install, you register, you book a trip, you enter the credit card, and when you call the taxi the app finally tells you that the do not deserve this region. What a waste of time and stealed lot of personal information.

It was quite easy to find a ride and the app was easy to use offering an easy way to save a favorite was a plus. The problems outweigh the benefits though. The drivers complained that the addresses are not shown properly to them (only the area code is displayed), something I saw and had to re-add the addresses in case I was doing something wrong. Paying is not automatic, a notification is shown where you need to choose a way to pay, which is unnecessary and does not work since before choosing the form refreshes and you lose your choice. I had to cancel and pay with cash. Even if a card is verified, and you manage to choose it as a payment it does not go through.. This app does not do much more than hail a cab to your location, something I can do just by raising my arm to plethora of cabs in the vicinity!

App is a bit buggy. The selection of your location is not convenient. Sometimes address autocomplete is wrong and the way to use map scrolling to get your location is also not very good. Even more, the taxi location is reported with quite a big delay. The taxi arrives but the app still shows it as coming from 10 blocks away or more. In general it does what it is supposed to do (call a taxi), but it could do it a little bit better!

They cancel my appointment because I was at a concert and outside of the stadium was full of taxiplon cars and they cancelled my appointment to take other customers anyways the guy that took me to my hotel cost me 50 euro for just 17km and at the application the amount was somewhere between 17-20 euro that's why they cancelled my appointment shame on you

After a ride the app showed current location on the map and did not received a "ride completed" status. Button update status did not do anything and a taxi driver tried to send "ride completed" through his app three times with no luck. So I couldn't pay through the app and had to pay cash instead. Driver also said that it happened lots of times to other of his clients.
