-1 star for the message "your ride will start soon", which sets wrong expectations. It should justbe "looking for a cab". It only adds to the frustration when waiting times are high. -1 star for the very long waiting times, which only get worse. -1 star for not making sure that all drivers are sufficiently trained on how the system works. many times I've turned on live location to walk to a point where the pickup would be faster/easier for the driver, and they still go to the original point.

I used to be a big fan, but in the past months the app has been really frustrating. First, it often takes an awfully long time to locate you before calling for a ride. Second, there is the increasingly frustrating experience of not finding taxis! And I'm talking about Kypseli, Kalithea, Exarcheia at 3pm on a Sunday - not a far off neighbourhood at peak time when it's raining! I'm installing the competitor app to be covered. Please solve the issues and I'll change my review.

Never able to find a taxi anymore. If the demand is higher you just need to hire more taxi drivers. The problem is that many taxi drivers tell me that they do not use the beat app that often anymore because they work fine without it.

I downloaded this application about 30 minutes ago and I can't get past the registration portion where it's asking for a verification code. I can't get a code, call, or even chat with anyone. Useless app. Deleted! Uber is better.

In the past few days it takes forever to get a response. I understand that on certain days and hours demand will be high, but not every day and at any given time. Had to call for a taxi on two occasions and within 5 minutes they arrived. Please fix the issue as quickly as possible. It is such a useful app and this issue really brings it down!

Never was able to actually find a taxi with this app, i tried it multiple times on different days. Even reinstalled the app once, but its impossible to find a driver, and that in the center of Athens, regardless of the daytime.
