Does not handle exceptions well. This week the Bremerton ferry service went down to one ship, and lots of announcements were made that the schedule would be impacted. Except... The schedule in the app was never updated. Nor does the app allow you to see which boat is scheduled for which time slot. The phone information system also did not reflect the change. As a result, we ended up showing up at the wrong time and had to wait 2 hours for our next crossing. Very frustrating.

Ferry reservations for the summer 2021 season aren't shown in this app even though they started today. Can only reserve thru mid-March 2021. "Reservations" command on the hamburger menu actually opens...the website, which is overwhelmed by reservation-makers. If I wanted to use your website (which has timed out a dozen times in the past hour in the middle of me trying to make a reservation), I wouldn't have installed the app, would I? This app is hot garbaggio.

I need to watch what's going on with the ferry daily for my commute to and from work, especially now during the summer months. This new version doesn't work "At All" No schedule, No Web Cam. It just says "There was a problem loading the schedule". The Mountain Pass, Toll Rates & Border Wait all say "Connection Error". The older version of WSDOT web site worked fine, why did you change it? I keep thinking it's my phone but after reading these reviews pretty sure it's not! :-(
