I can plan a trip at home but can't actually run anything while in the park so I felt I was missing something of the experience. Tour crashed the app, zoom on the map didn't work. No ranger programs listed even though I know some happened.

Unable to zoom as others have said. While the little pins are nice being able to see what the pin if representing would be more helpful. Will try a re-download as time gets closer to my trip. Samsung S7.

Zoom doesn't work on my Galaxy Note 4. Also, I can't find a way to turn off all of the annoying pins. Really needs these fixed to be useful

I haven't had this app for more than 2 minutes and it crashed 2 times already when I try to zoom in the map. A Major problem that needs fixing ASAP. EDIT: 6/26/14 was the first time I reviewed the app ...I'm back in the DC area and decided to try it again..Lol... Same problem persist after all this time. Hahaha... zoom is useless and app doesn't function correctly. So much for keeping up to date on what could be an extremely useful app!!! More useless crap compliments of our government!

Love the map and details! Extremely convenient and very easy to use. It did freeze when I tried to zoom in, but seemed to rectify itself soon enough.

Very helpful. Just wish map got a bit bigger--it crashes every time I try to zoom in.
