This app has really kept me in better shape while being able to feed my nursling (s) I have been pregnant and or nursing for over five years and will always suggest this app! Think about it, every darn box of cold meds says consult a Dr if nursing; it's so discouraging to know what can help you get better(or at least give you some omph to take care of yourself and family) but stand there and read every box and leave the store without. Ouch. Don't do that. Know exactly what that Benadryl or Dayquil might do to you, be able to weigh it out, is it worth it or is there an alternative med? Then be able to look up the alt med too 😍
