The application will not allow the management of an existing account (server connection error) and when logging out and back in it will not even authenticate ("connectivity" error, verified on multiple devices). It appears MDT made some changes on the back end and forgot to update this app accordingly. The web version of the MDT Transit Store is also out of commission currently, so there does not appear to be any way to manage or refill an Easy Card online.

This is a piece of junk and some other people in the reviews have said so too, I agree with you all. They need to take this off of play store and fix this or find a developer they can rewrite the program and make it better and also make it work. this is ridiculous you all need to be ashamed of yourself people trying to get to work trying to get home trying to get to different places in their life and you are making it very hard for them in this pandemic, what's your excuse now?

Not working at all on my samsung note 9. Not sure what's a the problem but the app won't even start.

App wont let you make an account on android s8. Insanely glitchy. The gov should ask for their money back. They recieved an unusable product.

The entire 'easy' system is super confusing. I buy a card with month pass from the kiosk, but it doesn't tell me that I can't use it for 24-48 hours. downloaded this mobile app to try something else, and I select the only option, the day pass. I put in my CC info and that works. Then I tap to the gate with NFC and Google pay pops up and I board. On the way back, another charge. No mention that with the app it only supports the QR code. Now double charged, and not sure I can use my card tomorrow

Ended up downloading your app again because I was in a pinch and needed a way to get funds onto my card because the kiosk at the station was broken. Thank God for the stranger that came to the rescue, because I would have been stranded if I had to rely on your system. I'm also afraid of using your website to load my card because it seems just as unreliable as your app.
