The app works for what I needed it to do. To anyone having issues with their email address, the capital letters don't matter. There may be a space added at the end of your email address if you autofill it, just make sure you delete that and it's fine...

Really easy to use. Was worried after seeing 1 star reviews The scanning passport by putting phoke on it seems a faf till i realised it was cos my phone had a case on and needed direct contact. The rest was a breeze and easy to complete didnt have any issues taking a photo of pass port pages (samsung s22 ultra phone used) did 3 fine.

Terrible. After going through all the scanning and photo, and filling in your details, you can't get passed inputting your email, because it always changes to all capital letters, and then it's not recognised.

Absolutely horrible app. Its impossible to complete application process and biometric passport scanning doesn't work! Tried 3 different samsung phones !

Cannot passes the biometric passport scan (invalid access key). Scanned the passport with the same phone different app and thats scanned. So this app is just useless for ESTA application

As others have said, can't get past putting my email because it changes it to all caps and throws and error. Bloody badly coded app.
