I don't see any reason to use this app. The ascetics are nice. However in terms of usage it has no defining features or facilities which are already not available or better in other apps. e.g. If I need to order medicines, this app allows me search my nearest chemist, talk to him and then pay online. I can already do that without an app. Other apps allow me to search and order medicines. I have no intention of continuing with this Healthpass in its current format.

The amployee are really fraud and they are looting CashBack from people and while sign-up they are providing there ID instead of customer ID and when I complain about this matter on customer care they are not interested to listen anything and telling me to send a mail then they will see what to do with matter.

Worst experience, tried to topup amount, deducted from my account and i have to wait for 3 days and i got my amount back in my personal accoint and not in healthpass. What is the use of discount when we cannot load any money at the time of need.
