You still need to check your app well. I have not rooted my phone before 🙄 if I had rooted it, I couldn't have update my system software successfully. This your app used to work on this phone unit the last update installed and it started giving that wrong information.

I'm trying to download the app and even before I type in the given OTP code, it shows under that section incorrect and probably it fails to allow to move to the next section of the process.
