I cancelled my subscription after my weekly $20 charge and they turned off my subscription even though it was paid. This has happened 2x now. When I emailed them they didn't refund or give me the access I paid for. It's a shame their business practice is deceitful. I've paid $40 for 2 weeks of subscription without the benefits of that subscription because I wanted to cancel before they charged me for the next week subscription. *I've already emailed multiple times.*

I tried the free trial of the Nebula app. It is pretty straight forward. There are some interesting articles relating tarot/psychic/birth chart readings to various life aspects. A lot of focus on relationships. The credit system is confusing. The chat rooms are a joke, and need focus and moderators. Desperately. I was given a list of suggested psychics. I didn't feel drawn to any of them, but found one list. We've had a brief chat, and I plan on consulting with him again soon. Overall, a fun exp

Paid for trial. Then said if I downloaded the app I would receive 100 free credits to chat, so I downloaded it and still have not received the credits. Very disappointing and false advertising. UPDATE: Issue was addressed and fixed. Only thing is that when you are chatting the advisors frequently become BUSY in the middle of the chat and then you get charged credits. Other than that, it's a fairly good app and the advisors are very good.

It's not really free if you can't get past the ads. Every time I go to click on something, It immediately tries to force me into a subscription that I don't want. I want to know if I like the content first. If I can't get to your content, then i'm definitely uninstalling your product. In addition, it keeps telling me i have messages from advisors/readers. Bro, y'all are worse than the University of Pheonix.

I use to really love this app but the ads are way too excessive and annoying now. It makes me want to uninstall it because I'm constantly having to click x, or navigate around the ads. No means no. 😩 I don't care to pay for the additional services and that should be considered the first time I decline. Please fix this. It's really disappointing.

I'm giving this app 1 star. I signed up for the 3 day trial, but forgot to cancel it in time. So, I got charged the weekly fee after the 3 days, and canceled it right after. I was just gonna eat the cost of my mistake, but I found out that canceling the subscription cuts off the features you get from it right away. That's NOT okay, because if I'm charged for the week, I should be able to allowed to use the premium features for the rest of that week.
