I have been a regular customer of dlx laundry. But recently they have completely disappointed me. Unusual delay of service, without prior notification. They keep clothes as if it is their personal property. I m shocked of the laidback attitude of their staff. Even for a day they are not willing to work extra to deliver clothes which has been delayed for 5 days already. Even after calling them and preponing the timing, the clothes were not delivered. Please don't commit things if you people cannot adhere to the time. You need to understand that people give their clothes in bulk to the laundry. It can be an urgency too. Kindly take your work seriously.
