Worked great on my old phone (Samsung J3) and now won't work on the new one (Samsung A51). Won't find my device if it even loads. Love the unit but now the app sucks. The app is for an older phone but the 2.0 app won't work either

The app stinks. Why can't I use it when the smoker is not connected? Why doesn't it automatically connect when I come back into the Bluetooth zone? Why can't I change the smoker settings with it? You have to stay so close to even have it connect. Should have gone with wifi and made it to where I could stay connected when I go inside. I think I'm just going to return it and buy another smoker.

Horrible app! Keeps crashing. Keep in mind that more consumers do research and review other's feedback before purchasing. Your product isn't cheap, so it would be wise to invest in all aspects of your product if you plan on long term success. luckily, I bought my smart smoker used from a co-worker. I wouldn't have shelled out hundreds of dollars on a new unit based on the feedback I've read.

The entire machine is horrible! From the app being useless and not doing anything but look fancy on your phone, to the bricks getting stuck and shutting down the machine. Bradley has let me down considerably. First machine caught fire and the changes to this one made me think that all the issues were worked out and I was in for an incredible experience. Man was I wrong.

crashing issues are horrendous. you need to be within 10 feet of the smoker for the app to actually connect. I liked the idea of all of this but unless these issues are addressed I will be returning the bradley smart smoker and going with a traeger.

This does not work period. Does not connect and if it does it is only temporary and then most functions of the app do not work. They came up with version 2.0 but that does not connect at all. Come on Bradley, this should not be that hard to fix ...
