Having been used to the reasonable behaviour of nest this app is terrible in comparison. It's often inaccessible and you can never do what you want to do. There are limitations which have no reasons to be in place and because it's such a pain one ends up giving up and heating the house even when no-one is in.. what a wasted opportunity.. it's 2 years now that we are using it and no improvements have been done. I dream of someone else writing a decent app..

Can't connect to water heater. I select the heater, scan the qr code, I connect to the WLAN of the heater in my phones system settings, go back to the application where I get "error" and that's it.

Une app catastrophique, très lente, ça bug puis 1 fois sur 2 ça ne marche pas avec le message "serveur sous la maintenance"! Je ne comprends pas pourquoi je ne dois pas pouvoir régler mes radiateurs parce que le serveur de Cozytouch a une maintenance !!! Le router peut juste creer un réseau local chez moi et contrôler les radiateurs !! Pourquoi il veut se connecter au serveur de Thermor??? C'est chelou ça

Je n'utilise cette application que pour chauffe-eau. L'application est pratique pour ce cas d'usage. J'ai un seul regret : la consommation d'eau n'affiche aucun chiffre. Les barres sont toujours rouges même en prenant une douche tiède express. J'aurai aimé pouvoir suivre convenablement ma consommation.
