this is a crappy app. DO NOT BUY AUDIOGUIDE !!!! IT WILL GET YOUR MONEY AND YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND!!!!! 1. it works extremely slowly 2. it does not locate you always in the museum so you cannot really know where you are. sometimes it works but mostly it does not. 3. I bought the audioguide but it does not allow me to download it. it says i need wifi although i have WiFi.

DO NOT PURCHASE unless they fix the app!!! The app locks up quite a bit. The map feature is totally useless. It does not provide directions to the selected art work. The only thing worthy is the audio commentaries, but even for this I had to toggle modes to get the keypad icon to reappear on the map mode. A very frustrating and disappointing experience and a waste of money!!!

i manage to download app with great difficulties. I have to switch on and switch off my WiFi, cause the app demands it all the time of downloading. but the app itself is quite confusing and unhalpfull. very poor user experience. i regret my purchase.

Almost completely useless if you already have a ticket, and aren't interested in purchasing an audio guide. The map provided is difficult to use, and irritstingly does not include room numbers! The free paper map is far superior. Don't waste you time with this poor product

use this app was.like a nightmare. we bought the audio but this doesn't work...finally we use other apps PLEASE WE RECOMMEND NOT MAKE AS US AND READ THE REVIEWS OF OTHER USERS. FIX IT!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Useless! Despite that it apparently downloaded the full audio guide at the hotel, it never started any audio presentation. Everywhere, I clicked on 'listen to audio', it just kept switching to the download page confirming that I had purchased the full guide but not confirming neither denying if I downloaded the guide. 5 pounds just stolen from me and hours wasted at the museum trying to figure out what was wrong with this application.
