The app itself is fine except for the issues other reviews already mention. However, the company behind it is absolutely, atrociously incompetent. Ever received a DoctoLib email with the "prepare/move/cancel" links in it? Try clicking one. It will keep reloading the page over and over and over again until you're IP banned for a short while. Tried on phone, edge and 2 Chrome browsers (own and incognito). They don't even test critical stuff at all so I don't expect anything good from the app.

[Deutschland, Videosprechstunde] Problem: The video call is -or would be- the most useful function for having the app installed, but it already happened a couple times that both the doctor and I entered the waiting area and we couldn't see one another (the message was still "wait for the other to enter"). Then we called on the normal phone line.

Nice app, but it is not available in English. It's a pity because it could have been way more useful for all expats. Even though you can find English speaking doctors, all the questions on booking the appointment is currently on the local language. And also you can take a screenshot of the questions and translate then due to privacy security policy.

You have to enter your login data every single time. Search filters work only half the time. Even after filtering, it's a real pain to find the appointment you had filtered for. No feedback button to even report bugs. Update 28.12.2023: Still very bad.

Filters do not work. When you select Public insurance, you are still given Private Only insurance doctors in the results. Makes searching long and arduous as you have to filter yourself through lots and lots of useless results. Searching for Dermatology also gives you Hausarzt, they're not the same. Again, cannot find what I need.

The app is amazing. I've been using it for 3 years now and most of my friends too. But 3 star only because it's not available in English language. In today's world, i don't believe it's really hard for developers to put a new language pack. There are many expats in EU now and you can't expect them to learn the local language in their time of pain.
