Tickets disappeared from the app before being used. I bought a carnet of 10 tickets after using a few of them, the rest disappeared, I contacted customer service but no reply. I'm trying to buy the pass pass card but it's giving a technical error, the best possible way if using the app is buying single tickets on the day of the trip or using coins.

Oise Mobilité is the official app for public transport networks in the Oise department (60). It also gives you access to a carpooling platform.

Whether you are a regular or occasional user of public transport (train, coach, bus, minibus, TAD), this new application will help you obtain all the useful information for getting around the Oise department and the neighboring regions (Hauts- of France, Ile-de-France):
