QI am trying to "play" this app but it is really unfair. It refuses your check-ins you made at hotels you are in and check-ins are pending for a long time. Really would like someone from the team to read this and review my stays. And please, make it a little more quicker at validating check-ins. 8 or more days is far too much.

Used to be good but now the splash screen only offers log in via Facebook which is not helpful. On logging in they do not recognise their own hotels. I'm sitting in the Mercure hotel Gare de Lyon TGV Paris, looking at the Novatel a few meters away. The app tells me the nearest Mercure and Novatel hotels are 2 miles away!

I am a frequent traveller, and been staying most at le club accor member hotel premises. So far so good with this app until few recent months cause problems everytime checked in at any hotel. Status showing pending for a long time and nomore validated by your team for my eligible stay. Please have someone rectify this application problem. And give my all outstanding checked in which haven't yet validated by your team.

Splash screen appears in French. And that's it. No option to proceed. There's something about Facebook but I don't use Facebook. I thought Accorplus was an Accor loyalty program. But this is a Facebook loyalty app not Accor.

Works ok but your stays don't get approved. Accor cannot do anything about it which unfortunately makes the whole thing a little pointless.

Fixed in latest update. A couple of my badges haven't unlocked despite staying the required number of times. But otherwise a nice way to boost points.
