It has reasonable service charger. But many popular hotels in town are not in folo. Still need to improve. Also need to include chat option for driver and customer care.

Very bad delivery service. I have ordered food worth RM 13.99 and gave RM 20 as I don't have smaller change that time. Delivery person keep on repeating I don't have money. At last he just took Rm 20 and went away.. it's not about money but delivery person behaviour was very rude. No option in app to report about last order. Folo please improve on it.

Overall is OK. Just hope to improve the visibility of the rider. There is no estimate time of arrival... Hard to be on standby of when the rider will arrive
