Very slick, fast and quite minimal, all the things I never even hoped for a VR application, to be honest! Only complaint is that this is just for commuter trains and you still need VR mobile (which is much worse to use) for long distance trains, which is really dissapointing. Deserves a 4/5, but rated 5/5 to bump the ratings. Sad to see so many mostly bad reviews on this app that are all based on small insignificant details, considering how well the app works in general compared to VR mobile. Please add long distance train support so I will never have to lower this review.

Easiest way buy train tickets commuter lines (NO HSL tickets. If your travel start on HSL area but destination is VR Commuter area or vice versa this works and ticket is valid on HSL area. HSL has own HSL Mobiili ticket app, where Visa / MasterCard / Amex card payments works too). Intercity / Pendolino tickets founds on VR Mobiili app. Apps offer some deals occasionally. Register Veturi card and get more special offers. Card payments / MobilePay payments methods.

If you look for schedules and then want to buy ticket for the found connection, there's no way to select it!!! Very annoying.
