They show luxurious bus on the advertisement but service basic bus. Staff are very corrupt they take money for luggage.Even after your ticket show two luggage free.Worst service i have ever seen.

Absolutely useless company. Wasting your time and money. You pay extra money as a result you have zero support! Even if your bus will not come. People small lifehuck - try get a tickets directly on carrier's site! This one company and similar one no need even consider! Additional coment for devloper: yesterday totaly indicated my order with support team. And not only me... APP DEL

A date of birth and passport validity date are saved with date before chosen from calendar date. E.g. I choose date in calendar 13.08.1991, but saved date is 12.08.1991

The best app I could ever suggest for Europe! Whenever I plan to travel by bus this is my go to app. Best interface always timely and the amazing offers on the mobile app is amazing as I saved alot several times. I have been using this app for three years now. My only suggestion for the company is to add more routes. If you're travelling by bus then Infobus is the best choice!

I purchased tickets from Krakow to Lviv. The tickets do not contain any identifying information about the bus, the platform... the bus never came. Looks like a scam to me. Stay away from this app
