document upload notification is sent by app to notification bar. however about 50%-75% of the time, an additional "refresh" within the app is necessary, to actually be able to see those documents. Once read, the documents are not always marked "read", but they are still marked unread (bold characters, highlighted, as if it was a new document). all in all a useful app, and quite well written. simple, does what's it supposed to (i.e. circumvent media influenced disinformation).

About this app

The ECDC Threat Reports app gives you direct access to key updates and reports on communicable disease threats of concern to the EU. Search by specific disease or virus – from avian influenza to Zika, or by specific report type – including the weekly Communicable Disease Threat Report (CDTR), rapid risk assessments and epidemiologic updates.
Create your offline folder with the “My folder” function and be alerted of new report by push notifications.

The application is free to use and can be accessed by anyone. ECDC partners can access additional reports by logging in with their ECDC credentials.
