No matter what I do it gives me their something when wrong while I'm trying to register.

I do not recommend this app. I have ordered 2 taxis in Valladolid, Spain, with it today. The first taxi turned up BEFORE my booked time. I arrived on time and the meter said 3.50€ before I even got in the car. The app told me the taxi had arrived, it had not. I saw the taxi arrive at 16:23 The driver booked me as being in the taxi at 16:15. There was already 4.10€ showing on the meter. The driver did not speak English and I speak only a little Spanish. The drivers claimed not to understand me so I could not sort the issue out. Cash payments ONLY are accepted, there is no other way to pay. As far as I am concerned the taxi drivers from this app are ripping people off I will not be using this app again. ZERO stars if possible

Totally unreliable, avoid at all costs. No customer service. I asked a simple question via Facebook messenger (a few messages in one day) and received no response despite them reading the messages. The app allowed me to book a taxi in a location not served by the company. Left me stranded at 1 o'clock in the morning.

Completely unreliable. Caused my parents to almost miss their flight. Prebooked and even confirmed by phone, and we arrived at the pickup point 15 minutes early and waited. The driver never showed up and marked the job as cancelled, claiming we were a no show. After a lengthy wait on the phone, the call center was no help either and offered no alternatives. We ended up rushing into town and I was able to flag down a taxi who got them there just in time. Definitely do not recommend!

I'm from Italy and I live in Germany. No way to register. No error message, I just can't pass the registration screen no matter what I put it. I wrote them an email yesterday and still no answer. No Uber , no MyTaxi, great way to encourage the tourism in the Basque country!! 🙄
