If you don't know how to use your phone is not the developers fault. I tried this app in a lot of android phones and it always works.... Don't say that you can't open the app if you have no idea how to add widgets to your home screen. It may be different in your phone. It depends on the brand and android version. But it works perfectly. Try either holding the bottom on your home screen or going to your widget list and holding yoyr finger on top of the widget then drag to screen. There is other ways also

by that did not work! I did exactly what it said, hold my finger on home screen for 1 sec.nothing. so see it turns out I have to go to my list of widgets, move this widget to the home screen,then wait few seconds and THEN it comes. it wants me to put in day, month year of the event of course, but I'm just wondering.the last two number settings, um are we supposed to know how many minutes and seconds til the date as well or something coz I really dont!

After watching the video and taking onboard the advice from reviews it still wouldn't work and hasn't yet, hpwever I gave you 5 stars because the amount of people who couldnt get it working and complained was ridiculous. Skysoft must be so fed up with putting watch the video, watch the video, oh hey its not working?? THEN WATCH THE VIDEO!!!!!!! But yeah I couldn't actually get it working :)

As it is a widget it won't work if you install it on your sdcard. Move it to phone memory and then tap&hold on your homescreen, select add widgets and then choose this. I wish the fonts size was customizable though

I was looking for a counter that counted more than days. This shows days, months and years. I had no problem getting it to work and the video cleared up how setup worked. Thank you for an awesome widget :-)....for those of you that are having issues finding countdown after download- this is a widget and not an app. Widgets are stored in a different location on your phone and you will not find it in your apps. Just Google your phone and how to select widgets on your phone model and follow those instructions.

Works great for me, maybe people just don't know how to use widgets? Look it up if you have any trouble.
