Terrible in all ways possible. The app does not let you check in within the 96hr check in window. They give you non descriptive error messages. When you use the chat box the is no response whatsoever. When you call customer service they tell you they don't have access to help you with your app. The only option available is to call your hotel to book services which defeats the purpose of the app.

Intrusive app. Great experience getting an Orlando reservation through call center, but trying to use the check-in app required my grandkids' (over 12 but not adults) email addresses. Could not check in because I can't give that out.

As others have said, this app is garbage. Any positive reviews you see here are for the hotel and not the app. If you're trying to pre-check in online...save yourself the time and annoyance...it doesnt work! Unfortunately, it doesnt seem to work via the website either. Called the rewards number and the rep I spoke with actually said "Oh, yeah, our app doesnt work very well."

Can't use... the navigation bar is in english and the other options in the meat of each area are in spanish with no identifyable way of selecting another language. At least in a browser Google translate could've made up for this design limitation. Melia caters to many guests who speak English, Spanish, and Russian. Please fix -- because the app limitations are sending guests to the front desk for things that we should be able to do in the app. Please think things through more carefully.

The app would not download on my android. Finally was able to download it on my husbands iPhone. Tried making a reservation for a restaurant and event, it asks to put in our room number and confirm our name but our name wasn't listed. We tried calling in advance to schedule activities and restaurants prior to our stay and didn't get a response from the hotel. Now I'm told if I want to make a reservation I need to go down to the front desk at 730am. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!

It's Okay... Used the app when staying at Melia Nassau All Inclusive. The dinner reservations are not real time. You cannot see which time slots are available for booking; you request to book a table, then wait all day into night and it never gets confirmed. -_-
