Really loved the zoo lots of bits if info about the animals as you walked around. Was easy to get to by bus from Blackpool tower. Using the app just had to show tickets so was quicker. Only downside I paid for souvenir brochure but when I got there they had sold out. Not happy as I'd paid for it before hand. I'm still waiting for a refund on that.

This app hasn't been updated with any new information for about 12 months. The 'Today's Highlights' have never changed for me. The map doesn't include the new housing for the elephants. I am unable to set a profile picture or edit my profile. I think this app has great potential if it was kept on top of and some changes were made. E.g. a section where users could share their photos.

by far the best zoo I have been too. loved the meal deal and food was good, tho we did have children with us and we got hamburgers we were never asked about salad or sauce on our burgers and that put the children off there food. apart from that the zoo itself was fantastic, far better that Edinburgh zoo and prices for tickets were worth the money. definitely recommend and will be back in future.

This app is requesting access to much more than it needs to. Change the app, at the minute it wants to know everything and it doesnt sit right for me! Be careful before you install this on your device, do you want it knowimg everything that is on your phone?
