Terrible.. could not purchase tickets from Swedish debit card.. sometimes QR codes cannot be scanned in the bus. Absolutely terrible app

I was forced to use this app during my travel to Gotland and was wondering if rating below 2 stars is deserved or it just users bashing the travel company for high prices. No, one star is perfect score for constantly crashing app with a lot of needed information missing. Sorry.

Fruktansvärt dålig. Jag är inte förvånad över att Region Gotland har anlitat ett skojarföretag till att göra en app för kollektivtrafiken. Det går inte att spara sina kortuppgifter. Så varje gång man ska köpa en biljett måste man ta fram sitt bankkort och slå in sitt kortnummer. Sen är det en ren chansning att betalningen ska gå igenom. Flera gånger har jag fått errormeddelanden att betalningen har misslyckats och att jag ska försöka igen, och när jag gör det igen så köper jag 2 biljetter...

Planer: App is for Gotland, but search for "Tofta" and you get results for
Växjö, Lidköping and other places in Sweden. Looks like a wrapper for
Resrobot without filters. Time schedule: First says it cannot be loaded for
"this" region, even though only one region is supported. Did then still
load after more than one minute. Buy ticket: Need to create an account with
Ridango to buy tickets. Could not buy tickets in the app as the start and
end location never loaded anything. Permissions: Asked for media file
access, even though I found no usage of it in the app.
