This is no doubt an innovative technology. Thank you Bolt for such amazing opportunity that allows drivers to make a living from. Initially, I rated this app 3 star but, in the course of using it I feel it's not yet in that category. The app is more of being stupid when it comes to calculating fares. It's odd that it can charge like $1 for 1 km and then charge $2 for 7 km.

Needs a couple of tweeks like waybill info but otherwise it's great. Update! Was good but now it's annoying. Needs to be made more driver friendly. It's very distracting. You have to use a third party app like Waze or Google maps to navigate which can be time consuming is busy periods. The app isn't driver friendly. Always asks you to confirm pricing method before going online, why can't it just keep my settings. Please fix these issues.

Fantastic app! But, a bug. App freezes at some point on accepting a request, or on starting the ride. On accepting the request it freezes and causes the phone to vibrate non-stop until forcing phone restart. On starting the ride it freezes forever before launching the map. At one point, I typed the address on Google maps, drove to destination hoping that Bolt server keep my status on. On arrival it showed I cancelled but on client app it reported arrived at destination, but reversed the payment.

It's been a pleasant experience so far, however, I have issues with passenger's obnoxious cancelations affecting my rating. There are lots of people just playing with the app, with no intention to actually take a ride. ** Passengers cancel just as u call them. ** Passengers cancel when u call to tell them u have arrived. These shouldn't affect my rating and chances of getting a bonus. Apart from this.... Great so far.

System crush very often, doesn't reflect what you see on the screen. Late update on payments. Bill of ride very unclear doesn't shows surge apply, charge per mile and minutes. Is not very precise on the pick up point. Very difficult to change destination for riders which lead to pass problems to the driver. Also fare are way too low then expected I wouldn't choose to work for this company.

I am tired of explaining that many issues this app has. The development department definitely doesn't care about it and may even has no idea them. ...6 steps to go online when you choose your pricing method?? Are you serious? We are driving therefore have no time for programming. Someone must have been paid by Uber for keeping Bolt drivers offline as much as possible. I can write a small book about the other issues but you have to pay for it.
