Super complicated setup. Should enter a lot of data. And at the end - not working. Whenever comming to Tallinn - try to startup this app. And it never works.

Horrific. If you are visiting Estonia forget about being able to pay for parking via SMS or the app. It doesn't support foreign numbers, which makes the app utterly useless. Also, took a lot of time to figure that out, since there's not enough information online.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This app does not work. At the first step (calling to verify number) there is an error of "number not recognized" and no apparent way to get around it. No way to add the international dialling prefix. Total waste of time.

Everything works. I see a lot compliant from the visitors of Tallinn who trying to use their mobile operators. I think your local service provider does not support parking in Estonia so that parking app can deduct your parking fee. Instead you can buy any prepaid card from any kiosk.

Absolutely dreadful app. Asks you to make a call to verify your number, then crashes most of the time. If you are lucky enough to get through to the next page, any information you enter causes the app to crash. Unusable.

Kept saying "no internet connection" when I attempted to start parking. Reinstall, cache clear and device reboot did not help. 'Net was obviously working the whole time so might have been a server issue but in that case the error message was deceptive at best.
