Absolutely not simple ;-(

Funciona, experimentei o método mesmo ainda sem existir o aplicativo e minha viagem foi muito mais prazeirosa. Praticamente anulei o jet lag seguindo a recomendações básicas de dieta de luz antes da viagem. It works better than pills. But the interface needs to improve. There is many cities missing. It doesn't preview savings time

For a trip to Oz from UK it shows going to full light at 2am on first day of adjustment which is totally impractical for trying to maintain normal life before trip. While in theory it may work, just unusable

I've read the jet lag research that this app is based upon, and I am really keen to see this app succeed, but it doesn't ... It is awkward to use and cannot provide any pre-travel recommendations. Most importantly, the advice it gives is obviously faulty. Have the developers tested the app outside of a limited set of US timezone scenarios?

So the advice for adjusting a 12 hour time difference ahead of time is to be exposed to light from midnight to 9am. Tell me sth that I don't already know.

More explanations about the "typical amount of light exposure" would be nice to know before I make the selection that fits my situation. We can't just assume what it means. You don't even have it in your FAQ.

About this app

Jetlag is the result of a disrupted circadian clock. Entrain simulates your circadian clock on the phone and makes mathematically optimal lighting recommendations to help you adjust as fast as possible to new timezones and schedules. The recommendations, which tell you when to seek light and/or dark, are based on new research in the journal PLoS Computational Biology. Learn more at entrain.org.

New features

Bug fixes: Fixed non-updating label and light schedule itinerary display.
