There are a lot of things you can't do on app that you can on the Website but it is getting better. Make appointments, contact my doctors, check any tests I had done and referals from my doctors. Check your perscriptions, after doctor visits and upcoming appointments or tests by appointment upcoming. There are a lot more choices on the app that at this time are not available but maybe soon. Keep up the good effort and slowly great things are being added.

Needs more information. Scheduled lab tests should be shown. And the time stamps of lab tests completed aren't there, so for hospital stays with a huge amount of lab tests, it all gets gumbled together. There should be info on the hospital stay, we should be able to read reports written about the shifts. It would be nice to also see all the people on my daughter's team, like Nurse X is day shift, Dr. Y is hematology.

Worst 2-step verification process I've ever experienced. Email optiom is slow and unreliable. If you minimize the app you have to request another verification code when going back to the app. Just hot garbage. Do yourself a favor and don't choose the option to receive code via email. Better yet, just turn it off.

I am able to give, receive and access my complete health information. My Doctor and I are able to speak, via messages for non emergent matters. I can schedule appointments, etc... This app has everything you need at your fingertips in an easy to use format!!

My directions from My Chart were to download the mobil app for my android. I did that and still no value no way to find it no way to operate it. Email Directions were a total waste of my time.

Essential for effective discourse w/MDs. Can interface w/other providers. Versatile, practical. Not perfect; some notifications unresolveable. Pre-check in feature helpful.
