What happened to the my chart section of the app?? Can't even send a message , request refills or anything else with my doctor thru the app?? Very inefficient now!! I have uninstalled it. Need a response..

It was a good app until my chart disappeard and i have to uninstall and reinstall in order to get my chart and if course i need it today to do video with the doctor to much of a hassel
