No one responds on customer care toll free to sort technical issues. Found out I couldn't get vaccinated even though I went after fixing my appointment but due to glitches with the app I was unable to get 8t done. Been trying since past few days to get a response but no one answers. Please advise a better way to reach your customer care where I can sort this. Extremely disappointed 😞. I can't fix the sate for my vaccine until this is sorted. Fix this issue.

The application doesn't want to open. It's been half a year and still not working on my device. Edit: it's been a year and the application is still not working. Shame on the developer. Edit ( 6/23/21): I used this application on my another phone and it worked but with another problem. I got got my 2nd doses a while ago and the application still doesn't tell me that I'm fully vaccinated. What a joke... 🤡🤡

This app worked fine until 17th June when it suddenly stopped . I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now I cannot even login, I travel twice in a week to Abu Dhabi and this event has been an unnecessary stress. I hope this is resolved fast as there isn't an alternative to enter Abu Dhabi and it's public places.

The app has stopped working, it is showing 'an error has occurred (could not load user's information. please try again later or contact customer support). I have tried contacting customer support more than 10 times yesterday. The customer care is not responding, auto cuts the call. Could you please look into this issue and apply a fix immediately or we need an alternative option to show the green status. If the app is not working it is difficult to go anywhere.

Had issues with entries in the app. Showing 4 doses of vaccine instead of 2. Tried to contact all available sources but no response. The hospital from where i took the vaccine said they already sent the Alhosn team the correction updates. Almost 2 weeks, but no updates yet. My booster dosage of vaccine was rejected because of this. Someone please assist..!!!

Yesterday I was told at border if you have entered Al Ain/Abu Dhabi one time thru DPI, you must do PSR to enter for 2nd time. Further they added barcode with 2nd DPI result will not green despite negative result. If that is the rule why it's not being shared when I was going for the first time?? It wasted my time and energy.
