Really low level of service. Delivering a tire service through Rubberduck as a part of the agreement, but doesn't have reserved times to service their customers. So you will have to wait 3 weeks to get tires changed after your leasing car is delivered. They are unable to acknowledge that this is a poor user experience and they don't even seem to care. Useless amateurs. Just deliver the car with winter tires when people have already agreed to sign up for a tire service, how difficult can it be?

Very disappointing experience. They wouldn't let me rent a car because my payslip was "too low". I've recently immigrated to Sweden so my first payslip only reflected my first three days of work and doesn't reflect my financial credibility. Customer service revealed to me that the interior of the car is also not insured therefore they need to see a steady income from the renter in case anything were to happen. Change your system Gomore to accommodate for immigrants and low income renters!

Very good, nothing to complain about. Everything is as it should. Edit, two years later: this app is just perfect, really. Everything work like it should, simple and concise. And the overall rating says it all.

The application is amazing for renting a car in Switzerland. It excided my expectations. Making the profile was super easy, finding the desired car was even easier. Through the renting time you can chat with the owner of the car asking questions for the car , the customer service is outstanding always there to assist you especially Tobias he went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs and preferences were met. I can say nothing but just good words for the application.

Fantastic service for finding and renting private cars fast, cheap and easy. Some of the features and pages in the app aren't super intuitive to find, like the info about the car that you see first should join the info when you've made the booking in my opinion, since now they are on separate pages. Other than that, fantastic app!

Great peer to peer leading company. Everything works really well. The App controls most cars (some you deal with the owner directly at pick-up and drop off) and includes km registration, taking photos of the cars condition, reporting any remarks you may have before driving off and on dropping off. It even understands if you filled more fuel on the car from when you got it and refunds you if applicable.
