Tried to get a cab on a regular Saturday night some time ago through this app. I got informed that the a driver has been assigned. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Since I had an active "order" I couldn't place another one and even the company customer service wouldn't or couldn't do a thing. Ended up getting a cab from another app, I wouldn't use this app if I was in a rush ever!

I tried to call cancel an order Beal cause I want sure of the destination adress... Did it work? The status said yes. Then I tried to make a make a new one with the same exact parameters but it didn't help me to go trough because I had a previous order too similar to the one I was doing. Fine, I go and confirm the existing one. But it still remain canceled with no options to restore it... I do videogames for a living. If I am not able to get this application it means that the designe is flawed

I really don't like that I cannot see for which city I ordered the taxi. Both, origin and destination do exist in Helsinki and Vantaa and the pre-order page does only show the street name. How can I verify that I did not make a mistake when selecting it from the list? I preferred the old app

Hate these applications that gatekeep you from trying it unless you login with an account. By all means, when the user is actually placing an order, ask for registration, but not before. Not going to give my details before I can see if the app is worth it. The reviews so far not so flattering, think I'll just do this the old fashioned way.

Updated to latest version. Tried to enter my address, heck any address and the app would not accept any typed in address. So practically useless in trying to order a cab. Old version worked well, this one does not. Have to go back to calling for a taxi...

Unable to register for USA phone number due to hard coded (0). I see similar comments/experiences from other users. Hopefully there is a fix for this soon. App is unusable until fixed.

Pick a car
