This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing DSB – Få Tiden Tilbage on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Hard to register my travels when the app doesn't even start. All I get is a white screen. How about next time you just save the money on app dev and let people use the train busses for free in the period where the trains aren't running. Easiser, faster. This app does't even work. Furthermore I now have several travels all paid with rejsekortet, so you KNOW they are valid, but nope I had to have the not working app running. Easy to give this 1*. Not working and isn't linked with rejsekortet.

This has more or less never worked. After all the login issues were eventually semi fixed the app can now NEVER find where I am. Just shows searching continuously. And yes I am beside a station. Agree with Martin's comment below. We are faced with so much disruption already, just make the bus service free. And save money by not developing a terrible app which is basically just a gimmick. Read all the reviews DSB, it doesn't work.

Like all of the fellow travellers below - and more - I believe this app is like a spit in the face from DSB - 'we're giving you your time back' - no, you're not. You're offering a reward device that plays with our nerves since it almost never works, on top of the delays and the disruption caused by the works.

Doesn't remember your username and password. Getting logged out before the travel is finished. Haven't managed to collect a single minute.

Fin ide med at få tiden tilbage, men virker som om appen skal være så besværlig at bruge, så folk stopper med at bruge den. Den husker ikke ens login, og man skal indtaste destination til trods for brug af gps. Og før man når at starte rejsen er man udenfor de 500 meters tilladte afstand fra stoppestedet. Det virker meget overlagt at det skal være så besværligt som muligt at starte appen.

Dårligt design. Helt igennem. Log in hele tiden. Bruger GPS til at checke rejsen. Man bruger et par minutter til at logge ind, og så er man allerede kommet mere end 500m væk fra Stationen, og så kan man ikke længere starte rejsen, og hvis man ikke afslutter manuelt bliver rejsen alligevel ikke registreret... Øv. Jeg har jo allerede skrevet hvor jeg skal hen for pokker. Øv øv øv

About this app

”Få tiden tilbage” er en ny service, som DSB kører som et pilotprojekt i forbindelse med, at Banedanmark renoverer skinner og broer på strækningen mellem Frederikssund og Valby.
Sporarbejdet medfører, at DSB indsætter Togbusser som erstatning for S-tog linje C og H på strækningen henover forår og sommer 2018.

Appen fungerer som følger:
”Få tiden tilbage” billetter bestilles i appen efter log ind. Ved bestilling vælger brugeren til- og fra station, dato for rejsen og det tidsrum, man ønsker at rejse i. I bestillingsflowet vil man kun kunne bestille rejser, der mulige i forhold til antal opsparede minutter og de udvalgte destinationer, DSB tilbyder jf. betingelser beskrevet i appen.

Ønsker man at bestille billetter til flere personer gentages bestillingsproceduren. Den, der står som bruger af appen, skal altid være med på rejsen, da alle bestilte billetter gemmes i appen og skal fremvises i toget sammen med et personligt ID.

”Få tiden tilbage” billetter kan kun bestilles via ”Få tiden tilbage” appen og gælder kun den dato og det tidsrum, der er valgt og som fremgår af billetten. Billetten kan ikke ændres eller refunderes.

New features

Sporarbejdet mellem Frederikssund og Valby er slut og ”Få tiden tilbage” har fået ny funktionalitet. Der kan ikke længere kan opspares minutter ved kørsel i Togbus. Nu kan opsparede minutter bruges til nye, udvalgte rejser med DSB. Rejser for opsparede minutter skal bestilles i appen fra 27. august og frem til og med 31. december 2018. Billetter kan bruges til rejser fra og med 27. august 2018 til og med 31. december 2019. Der logges ind med samme brugernavn og kodeord som hidtil.
