I like the idea, but then you scan your last item and it doesn't work because a stored-produced tag has been put on incorrectly (bend around the side of an item),. At that point, there doesn't seem to be a back-up plan, such as putting in the number corresponding to the bar code manually. I asked one of the cashiers if it was an option, and she had no idea. I guess then the idea is that you go to the end of the line after having wasted the time with the app... :(

First time use was easy and worked. Second time it couldn't scan the start barcode in the store so couldn't use it. It just reported and I know error. I tried restarting, force stopping, going direct to qr scanner. Also they decided it was a good idea to put all the discounts in the bottom of the recipe, out of order so you have no idea what you actually paid for each item. I need to sum up what a friend owes me, but can't now because I don't know what is discounted and what isn't.

Edit: issue fixed by reinstalling the app. The app should be more resilient to whatever changes (app, OS, other) that are able to render it useless without any form of user intervention. It's a bad hit to customer experience being in the physical store suddenly unable to use any of the otherwise good features of the app,loyalty model and store -automation. Original: Scanning component is not working anymore (perhaps due to a recent update?) making the app more or less useless. Please fix asap.

Horrible experience. Tried to install it to pay at Kvickly. Needed to set up a new profile (with a password that needs to have certain restrictions...). At some point I was finally able to scan the barcode at the shop. Then it complained that I hadn't set up any payment. Redirected me to an entry in the settings, that was simply not there. Eventually gave up... This should have been: 1. Enter your phone number, 2. Confirm the SMS (potentially automatically) 3. Pay with mobilepay or Google pay.

I love this concept! I use it close to every day. I've experienced three times that the app just hit a random error and didn't respond. It was a bit annoying. But hey. It's like an escalator... It can never break; it can only 'become stairs'. So those 3 times I just checked out the ol'-fashion way and got on with my life. But they're the sole reason for the 4-stars. Great app, other than that! And it improves hygene; less hands on your groceries (COVID19).
