App freezes when I try to buy a ticket, and you have to completely remove it from running in the background before you can reopen it after switching to a different app.

Be careful with this app...... When making a ticket purchase and you go to check out....select mobilepay and you accept it the app freezes..... And you try again thinking it will work... But you don't get a ticket.... And when you check your bank account .... You can see you have been charged for multiple tickets...... Called customer service and they can see what has happened on the system when mobile number has been provided... Yet they want you to write a letter instead of resolving it

During Avast scan, Arriva app detected as Malware.. Plz rectify the issue immediately..

Det er virkelig ikke nogen god app det her. Halvdelen af tiden vil appen ikke starte. Så man skal lukke den helt og starte den igen. Når man så vil købe billet og vælger mobil pay så logger man ind på mobile pay og så betaler man og mobile pay godkender så kommer man tilbage til arriva appen og så sker der ofte ikke mere den står bare og loader. Så du får aldrig din billet og efter en time eller 2 får du så dine penge returneret af mobile pay. Det tog mig 3 forsøg i dag at købe en billet til senere på dagen. Og det duer sku bare ikke. Sådan noget skal fungere hver eneste gang. Og det gør det bare ikke her.

Dårligste app jeg nogensinde har prøvet. Kunne ikke forny månedskort i dag, app'en frøs efter betaling. Ville så skrive til den, men det virkede heller ikke. I Mobilepay har jeg nu flere køb der venter gennemførsel? App'en er altid langsom. Det tager 10 dage af få et månedskort over på en ny telefon? Jeg kunne blive ved.
