The app is straightforward and easy to use. It's a little bit annoying in that when it searches for locations it tells you a street address but not the name of the town or any Highway number. But once you got your location, you can save it as a favourite to access more quickly. There are multiple options for payment. But this is where the app loses one star. It does not give you the option of paying a tip at the same time. Also, no way to ask for 1/2 sauce, as they put on way too much Mayo.

Most of the app works great. It's convenient and easy to navigate. In the past I have had a problem with getting a refund on an out of stock option, not sure if that's still a problem. More recently I've noticed the "Prepare in X minutes" doesn't work. I'll prepare my order before I leave home, press "Prepare now" as I'm pulling into the parking lot, and the order has already been sitting on the counter for a couple minutes.

Your app is easily the worst app I've ever used. The last time I left a review was last year when the "location not selected" issue hadn't been fixed for months. Now, your app just arbitrarily removes anything I select in my tea... For over a year now, we've been placing orders (pick up and delivery) and everytime, the tea is prepared with no milk, no sugar!! Not usually a problem as we just add it ourselves, but today we ran out of milk, so we ordered white milk and you sent us chocolate milk

It's a great app if what you order is available. Almost every time I order from the app at different locations, they don't have what I ordered. Unless you order only coffee or tea, you'll lose your money. You're better off not using the app until the app only shows you foods available at the location you're ordering from.

Terrible app. If you order something and they don't end up having then your screwed. If you want a refund you have to contact customer support which is a royal pain. And if your GPS misidentifies your location and you accidentally order to the wrong location? You're screwed once again unless on the off chance the location you are at wants to take pitty on you.

I like the app, especially the "recently ordered" feature. Any problems with the app in the beginning were rectified quickly by staff on the "contact us" page, usually with bonus points awarded for my troubles. No problems with payment/reloading my card. I am disappointed I can't order lunch items prior to 12noon even tho the restaurants have them available by 11am for counter/drive-thru ordering. Occasionally donut/timbit choices listed on the app don't match what is available in the restaurant
