This is the worst app that have ever used. Period. After a lengthy registration process that involves codes sent to your email and phone, it then asks you to enter the street you are on. The field only accepts numbers, which is pretty useless if you are on center street, or any other other named streets. Whoever approved this pile of Garbage should be fired.

The app locked me out when I went to reset my pass word they asked email or phone number. Since I changed my number I said email they send the code to my old number. I cant reset the app. Plus the apps GPS is terrible it cant find my apartment address but can find the one next to me its strange and annoying. The old app was better and far less then a headache then the new app.

Horrific. Should have trusted the other reviews -the app doesn't work. I pre-booked a taxi for work and it didn't arrive. Worse still, when I called the dispatchers they were unnapologetic and wouldbt rush a taxi. cut to me being 30 mins late for work because of their own issues. Horrible customer service and a malfunctioning app. Downloaded Checkers app and had a cab in 5 mins.

I ordered a cab to the airport yesterday evening for 5:30am pick up this morning; the cab didnt even accept the order untill 5:29 am and it was 20+ min away from my home. I had to drive myself and got a call 25 minutes into my own commute saying the cab had arrived. If I would have waited for the cab I would have missed my flight.

Installed the app, but the drivers take over ten minutes to pick up the call, then ten more to arrive, I asked if the driver could get me to work in ten minutes he said yes, I offered directions, he said he was good. Then took the longest way on 17 ave S.W. anyway late for work again, even after booking over 45 min prior. Resulted in downloading and trying another app. And having to provide directions.

Terrible app. It does recognize my email address, but not my password ever, making me change or rechange my pw.
