Exista un anumit restaurant, de la care mananc, care livreaza doar prin deliv.ro. Nu o sa pot sa inteleg niciodata de ce au ales cea mai praf aplicatie posibila. La fiecare 10 sec trebuie sa imi selectez locatia. Nu pot sa adaug un card in aplicatie cu care sa platesc. Interfata este praf iar jumate din optiuni nu merg. Faceti ceva in privinta asta, va rog!

Experienta foarte greoaie în aplicatie, chiar și pt un utilizator experimentat. Nu trimite sms de confirmare și practic nu îți poți activa contul. Nu ai posibilitatea de a cominica cu absolut nimeni. Pui comanda și speri sa fie totul ok. Exista posibilitatea de a trimite mesaj din aplicație dar nu ți se confirma ca s-a trimis și nu primești niciun răspuns. Am reușit sa comunicam prin intermediul browserului (de pe site). Timp de livrare estimat de aplicatie: 45 minute, chat: 60, real: 90 minute.

Am primit comanda gresita, contactez supportul si de aici incepe, baiatul imi zice ca isi cere scuze dar ca el nu poate face si ca ei nu sunt raspunzatori de cele intamplate deoarece ei doar livreaza comenzile. Poftim? Prietene esti idiot? Continuand conversatia imi zice ca a facut tot ce se poate si ca am sa fiu contactat de managerul lui in cursul saptamanii viitoare, genial pot spune! Nu recomanda sa colaborati cu ei, in caz de probleme spala pe maini instat. O sa urmeze si o plangere la anpc

Trebuie sa stiti ca numerele de la adrese pot avea in compozitie si litere. Diferenta intre 11 si 11F, in cazul meu, este de 250m.
