Software upgrades improved bluetooth stability & connection. Manual & education needs to be simplified. The pink dot app has icons without an easy chart to indicate what they represent. The company needs a quick simple cheat sheet diagram for steps to use it. Complicated and confusing with so many choices. No customer service in USA. You are at the mercy of someone else's busy schedule to get any help fom this MLM network marketing company. Need short videos on exact subjects.

I have probably successfully used the this program 20 times in over a year. Mostly I can't get my Healy to sync with it. Nothing I try during those times works. Usually uninstalling it and reinstalling it brings up an update and then it works, until it doesn't again. When it works it's positive I'm hoping this new update will fix that, but I just couldn't connect last night. I'm trying again now. 🤞

Good experience when app works. Unfortunately, every month there are some days (sometimes 2, sometimes a whole week) when it doesn't work. Normally related to updates and fixes. Seems like early start-up and if my business depended on it I would sue or claim refund. Dear Founder, before pricing it that high, first fix the tech side of the app to provide experience people expect from high-end device. I wouldn't buy it again. There are cheaper options to work with frequencies.

Love the technology & bioresoance technology but it's sadly been a test of patience from the start. Would love if you could please send an alert each time you make updates, just a simple banner as a reminder to the user otherwise we keep experiencing the glitch, very frustrating. Would love some program descriptions on PDF for the All Healy programs, this would make much easier when sharing with a new client. Also Aura analysis often have trouble choosing Chakras for on the PDF...Thanks

This app is damaging to my mental wellbeing as it is so frustrating to use! This app crashes all the time. It can't pair from my phone to the device. Now they're are no databases on the resonance.. I installed the recent updates that fixed one problem and now it crashes. Given this device is worth over $2k, it really shouldn't crash all the time. I have had no response from support.

Seriously I'm really getting frustrated with this app. Every time you update the app it crashes. This time it allowed me to scan once and then the database disappeared. You seriously need to change the approach and think of customer use as well. Getting really disappointed.
